How are Appointments Scheduled?
The appointment time is reserved specifically for your child. It is greatly appreciated that you arrive for your child’s appointment on time so we can spend all time with your child that he or she deserves. If you find you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule your child at a convenient time, and to enable us to fill this cancellation with another patient.
Do I Stay with My Child During the Visit?
Parents are welcome in the treatment room for all visits including fillings and those requiring sedation, but we ask that you be our “silent partners” so that we may get to know your child.
What About Insurance?
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and most major credit cards. Our practice also accepts Care Credit. Please ask us for information on enrolling.
